Workout Advice for Flabby Stomach

I had my son a little over a year ago. When I was pregnant you couldn’t even tell from behind because I carried all the weight in my stomach. I LOVED being pregnant because I felt amazing but now I hate my body more than I ever had and I feel disgusting. I have major stretch marks and I can’t stand how my stomach looks.

In 2015 I got pregnant and I gained a lot of weight because I constantly ate. Weeks later (I didn’t have the baby anymore, but I’m not here to discuss that) the guy I was seeing at the time said that he missed when I was skinny and that really fucked me up. I mean. Idk. I’ve always been extremely insecure. I had an eating disorder from 2011-2017. I stopped when I got pregnant because I decided that my baby was more important, and I’m glad for that except now I’m here, hating my body more than I ever had and my husband is wanting another baby.

I can’t stand how clothes don’t fit me right and how I can feel my stomach move when I walk. I’ve tried working out but I’ve been in a funk for awhile now and my asthma discourages me. What are some workouts that you guys suggest to start out with that worked for tightening your stomach? I’ve googled and watched videos but I get overwhelmed so I figured I’d try here. Thank you. 💕 I appreciate it.

Don’t mind the line on my stomach. 😂 I feel like I was skinnier right after I had my son vs now.

Idk guys. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’m just tired of feeling this way.
