What do you girls prefer using when on your period?

Both. Especially the first couple days.
If im wearing a tampon I always wear at least a pantiliner in case of leaks. 
Been thinking of switching to cardboard tampons and reusable pads since they're better for the environment. But cardboard doesnt feel great to insert compared to plastic which is pretty easy.

Pads actually. I’m getting pretty lazy and I’d rather just wear a diaper around than have to play with a little plastic thing and make sure it’s perfect before I walk out. But I’ll wear tampons if I have to or depending on what I’m wearing. Never to bed though.

Pads when it’s lighter and at night, and tampons when it’s heavy and when I’m out doing things.

Cloth pads! And cup if it’s needed. Disposables give me terrible cramps/nausea
