PCOS period
I have PCOS and I have a normal period every month just not really ever on time. But this month it was only 3 days of brown spotting not even enough to warrant a pad. Is that normal with PCOS? I think mine has gotten worse last month my period didn’t come till cycle day 46. And now this period is slightly early but just spotting. I’m worried I might need to get on birth control to help balance my hormones.
