Could this mean anything? Help please.

So I dont know if i am being paranoid or if something is going on, the last time I had sex was 2 months ago, ive had two periods since then but, I'm gaining weight and my stomach is growing even though ive kept the same diet, I've also had some pretty bad pains that I've never had before. We did use protection everytime, but I'm wondering could this mean anything?

Also i don't know if this has a link to it but in the past few weeks I've had s few dreams where I was pregnant, and the thought was nowhere in my head before i slept any of these nights..

And this has happened in my family before where she had no signs of pregnancy until two or three months in, and have periods every month, so idk.

Also i am on the pill, but that doesnt fully garuntee anything, and at some point the condom could have broken and we didnt notice, I dont remember exactly.

birth control causes weight gain...if u had TWO normal periods u cannot be pregnant. if ur sure that it was in fact ur PERIOD and not just bleeding...then u cant be pregnant. women can bleed during a pregnancy but it isn’t like a period.

Could this mean anything? Help please.
