Clothes for baby due in July?

First time mama here due July 15th and I have no idea what kind of clothes my little man is gonna need and how soon he will need them. Im guessing mostly onsies but do I need those sleep sack things? And what about if I take him out of the house? I want to get some clothes in advance but dont want to waste money.

Honestly, I’ve bought zero clothes and don’t intend on buying any aside from 1 or 2 packs of like plain white onesies. I’m also a FTM and due in July, but this is the first grandchild on either side and because of that and from what I’ve been told, we will receive so many baby clothes and blankets we probably won’t touch a good portion of them. It’s killing me not going crazy but I don’t want to waste my money when I know people are going ham buying little outfits.

I have bought a lot of clothes so far. Mainly short sleeve onesies and long sleeve sleepers (we keep the house cold) I have also bought enough clothes for him to fit when fall/winter comes. So if he’s cold I’ll already have that

I wouldn’t try to buy clothes to far in advance. For example I would try to buy six month winter clothes just yet. My first baby never fit in newborn clothes as he was nine pounds and you can never really tell how fast they will grow. You may end up wasting money on stuff that doesn’t fit. Try buying yourself gift cards instead so you can purchase as you go along.

First off we have the same due date! Second off I live in Florida so I know it’ll be hot and we usually keep the a/c at 76. So I’m mostly doing short sleeve onesies and a few sleep sacks.

We live in Minnesota so I have onesies but I do still a long sleeve and pant cotton sleeper. Our house is kept at about 70-72 in the summer. And sleep sacks we also do. Our babies really like to be warm though they have woke up in the past bc they were cold (they have all been born in the summer)  so I alway have dresses them a little warmer since then. I have heard to dress them a layer/little warmer than yourself.

I’m due July 4th. I have bought clothes up until 9-12 months. When he’s new short sleeved onesies and maybe some light pants. Maybe a few Short sleeved rompers Also cotton long sleeve sleepers. I also have a cotton blanket sleeper things.

Were in Minnesota so the same scenario where itll be hot for like a month and then could stay hot or get cold right after. 
I'm doing short sleeve onesies with pants for the summer assuming shell be a little chilly with cute dresses if we go outside. 
That's for newborn theough month 3. I'm also buying some warmer month 0-3 clothes and anythibg from 3 to 9 is all cold weather clothes.

A lot of short sleeve onesies, rompers, and some pants and shorts. Personally I buy 3 months and up so even if they are alittle big he’ll fit in them from July to at least Oct (as long as he isn’t a big baby lol). I usually buy 3 months to at least 9-12 to stock up and add as I go. I’m having a little girl this time so I had to basically start all over too. Just do it slowly and it won’t be so overwhelming.

My daughter was also a July baby so we pretty much kept her in short sleeve onesies and the occasional tank with some light swaddles if I felt she needed it. We also live in Florida though so I didn’t even bother with sleepers or anything.
