Do I need crib?? FTM

I have bought the Graco newborn to toddler. Do we need a crib or is it just for show in the nursery?

Depends on what you gonna use for sleeping my son has done naps and slept in his crib at nights since the day we came home from the hospital. Never used a swing/ pack and play or bassinet.

It really depends on what your plan is. My daughter used her crib for naps since day 1, started at night around 6 months

No, not if the pack n play doesn't have a weight/height limit. Most cribs now though also convert to a toddler bed so you might end up wanting one later for that reason.

My son started sleeping much better when we transitioned him to his own room and crib around 3 months old.

My daughter was very long and she slept either with me or in a pack and play till she went to a bed. It was so rare that she ever slept in her crib

You're eventually going to need one. They outgrow bassinets and pack n plays

My baby is 10 months old and hasn’t slept in his crib once. We had a bassinet by our bed in the beginning and then he moved into our bed around 4 months. He’s been there ever since.

My baby slept in a bassinet in my room next to my bed for the first 4 months, then a play pen nect to my bed till he was 9 months and then we transitioned him to his own crib and bed. I didn’t want him sleeping alone until he could roll well, etc.
