Sore shoulders?

So my shoulders and upper arms are feeling really achy. Not severe pain just sore like the flu. I’ve read about ectopic pregnancies and am worried that’s what I’ve got but I’m not having any pain at all in the abdomen (other than very light cramping last night) and no bleeding. Is this normal to have muscle aches in one particular area?? Trying not to freak out.

If all you have is achiness in your shoulders I wouldn't be concerned. Everyone I know who had an ectopic had intense pain.

I had an ectopic and trust me, you'll know. It was some of the worst pain I've ever experienced. Plus the shoulder pain will be like a bad stabbing feeling. Not just achiness.

I was worried about this too but from what I’ve read you’ll kinda know if it’s an ectopic pregnancy as you’ll be in severe pain and have sickness too. I’m trying so hard not to think about it x
