Unfortunately every evening. But I’ve started making my own desserts so they can be healthier (no butter, white sugar or white flour, etc).  I use coconut oil and whole wheat flour as substitutes for example.

Usually just have desert once a week. But, I'm pregnant and have been eating 1 or 2 squares of chocolate with almonds a day at work.

Used to be like once a week, but now that I’m pregnant, everyday. My cravings are so strong and all that tastes good is sweet. I know it’s bad, I’m practicing proper portion control, please don’t anyone lecture me.

I don’t like sweets so barely unless I’m sick because spicy and sweet things are the only things I can taste while sick
