Is this morning sickness?

Sorry FTM.. I’m 12+4 and I’ve only had nausea but today I woke up feeling like crap.. I ate something and immediately threw it up.. I thought maybe the baby didn’t like it... but then 30-45 min later again I threw up and then 30 min later again... throughout all of this I’ve had the worst headache... idk what to do 😭

I heard that drinking a flat coke helps nausea or morning sickness in pregnancy. Wouldn’t hurt to try! Also try sipping pickle juice

I feel the exact same😰 I came here to ask for help too. I’ve been nauseous since six weeks, now I’m 11 and 5 and the headaches hit with a vengeance. 
I’m currently trying 2 Tylenol and a coke (I know so much sugar- but I’ll try anything at this point) while in a warm bath. 
My poor husband just wants his wife back, I feel so miserable it’s depressing me.
