Belly support band

Well Im currently 32w on Saturday and I decided to get a belly support band cause I feel like this baby is going to fall out or I’m going to tip forward, my hips are killing me and my back too. How many of you have tried this and has it worked for you ?

I’m not too sure how tight it’s supposed to be but I did feel some relief when I put it on...
