More rain coming tonight and snow tomorrow. Town in under state of emergency. Gas and lights off in over half of town. Flood watch till tomorrow....2 shelters for Evacuations have been open....thousands of people had to leave homes....all fire departments are here....hundreds of streets close....the town is it a emergency Shut down with 211 open for emergency....the flood doubled is the last 2 hrs....canoes are Out to rescue people....my family is safe and not left home yet. But bags are pack just in case....please keep everyone in your prays

Update....all highways to get in to my city are shut down and reported the water is starting to raise again. Some areas are 6 ft under. Water is now a block away from my house.
