It's only on my left foot on the bottom,, it doesn't hurt when I walk just when I touch it

It looks a bit like a cluster of planters warts. You can get over the counter medication for that at a pharmacy to treat the area. My husband gets those often and he uses the “Freeze Off” and it works well.

I have something like that on my pinky.. it doesn’t feel raised or anything it is pretty flat but still noticeable

Planters warts! Get them treated immediately or they will spread. Do not go barefoot in the shower at the gym, that's how my husband got them and it took almost 2 years to finally get rid of them and he had to see a foot doctor to have them treated several times. I'm lucky I didnt contract them!

plantar warts!!! i’ve had them and they suck, you need to get them removed before they grow cause they can imbed very deep into your foot. I had mine as a kid and my parents waited soooo long before taking me to the doctor and they ended up being a huge pain to take care of!
