So I just got my first period post-baby. Everyone said the first one is rough...but I really didn’t expect it to be this bad. I feel like I’m 12 years old again and have to check my butt in the mirror to make sure I haven’t bled through my pants. I actually had to change the sheets this morning after bleeding through a super tampon AND a pad! My husband was chill about it but it’s still annoyingly embarrassing. Is it just me or should I be a little concerned?
