Should I resize my wedding ring?!

I am going on 10 weeks PP. I still can not get my wedding ring back on. It goes as far as my knuckle. My fingers and feet did swell up from my pregnancy. My feet did go back down to the normal size but my fingers haven’t. I am wondering if I should wait a little bit longer before getting my ring resized. I don’t want to get it resized if my fingers are going to go back to normal. I miss wearing my ring! What did you mamas do?!

Don’t do it! It took a few months for my fingers to go back to normal, but they eventually did and I’m glad I was too lazy to go and get it resized.

I’d probably wait a few more months. If you’re trying to get down to your prepregnancy weight, I’d get as close as you can before getting it resized. I weirdly had the opposite problem where my wedding ring suddenly got too big for my finger and would fly off when I was pregnant. My son turned one in March & I’m 21 weeks pregnant again, and I still can’t keep this ring on. I should probably get it resized at this point, but I’m certain my finger will go back to its normal size postpartum this time.

I did then lost more weight and it was too big. Maybe just wait another month or so?

At 10 weeks? Yes I would resize, mine popped right back on after my DD was born and the fluids came out. If yours still isn’t fitting I would have it moved up a half size 💍 😊

I’m four weeks after my c-section I wear mine on a chain as they don’t fit past my fingers, you might have to but I’m hoping they go down, my feet were also super swollen but went down in a week
