Should I bother cutting meat out?
Let’s start by saying I have anxiety, I over worry about everything. I hate how animals are abused in meat factories. I am thinking about not eating meat anymore but I will eat dairy and things with meat in it like Rice Krispies still because I am picky eater, but I know I will constantly be worrying if I am getting enough protein, even if I consult a doctor. I will still be worrying a lot. Because I know you can die from not enough vitamins, protein,etc. Should I stop eating meat anyway? I want to but I don’t know if it’s worth it knowing the amount of worrying it will put me in
