Severe swelling in feet?

I know it’s normal to have some swelling but my feet and legs are so swollen that I have numb ankles. I can barely walk. I also should mention I work in an office job. I called and left a message with my doctor but they closed at 4. I’m 38 weeks pregnant and I’m assuming this is normal but my mom took one look at me and made me call the doctor. My blood pressure has been perfect throughout the whole pregnancy and I don’t have a headache or blurred vision. Anyone else go through this?
