Does this look positive?

I forgot I took this test and read it an hour after taking it. The ones I took yesterday on the same type of test does not show any lines even when dried! Can this still be a positive even though I read it after the time? Anyone experience this?!

I’ve had faint positives look like this but sadly also evaps. I love these tests but it’s hit or miss. Retest
