Okay, so why is it so hard for the father to pay the payments? Smh. He lives four hours away in Georgia. My child is going on 2 years old and the father still refuses to pay child support. We went to court and everything and he promised the judge he was going to pay by the due date but yet another lie. I have been the only parent taking care of our child. He’s leaving for Poland in May. He’s in the military and he didn’t renew our child ID card yet. The judge ordered him to do that too but yet nothing. I don’t know what else to do 🙄.
