This is going to sound so stupid, especially considering I'm past my due date by 4 days now, but does anyone else just... Not feel pregnant?

I really don't know how to explain it. I know I am, because baby will still move (when he's not being lazy - have been checked for reduced movements, he literally just doesn't want to move and is otherwise fine), I still have a very noticeable bump, and I still have SPD (though that's not been as bad recently), but I just don't feel like I am? Maybe it's because I'm overdue and my body doesn't know how to react to it?

Does anyone understand what I mean?

It's not that I'm forgetting I'm pregnant, pretty hard to do that considering the messages I keep getting from everyone asking "how you holding up?" (meaning: "Is baby here yet?"). It's that I don't feel like I am. Apparently I've explained this really badly...
