When did you potty train your first?

I started around 1, showing her the toilet what it's for, bought her a little one, bought her underwear at 2. Didn't really push it though. She woke up one day wanting to wear underwear and has been wearing them ever since.

My first was potty trained by 2. My second 3 1/2 🤦🏼‍♀️. Third and fourth 2/12. It varies between kids.

My son told me he was ready at 2.5. We have been talking about it with him since right before he turned 2. He picked it up quickly but still having problems with getting him to poop as soon as he needs to go. It's been about 3 weeks
