Itchy early pregnancy SCARED

I am 10 weeks pregnant and i have been itchy lately. Its not severe but it is constant and annoying. My belly is itchy the sides are itchy my chest my breast sometimes my back and also my scalp is been really itchy. Its mostly at night. And sometimes during the day. I use baby oil daily .. i assumed it was because of the pregnancy and my skin stretching out etc.. but people from the app told me it could be something more serious? Im literally scared now this is my first pregnancy and i thought itchy was normal.

Anyone else getting itchy in early pregnancy? Anyone found out it was something else more serious???
