How early after ovulation can implantation occur??

Question

So I had a positive opk on Tuesday this week (had unprotected sex the following two days) and woke up last night to cramping in the middle of the night. I am not due for AF until the end of March but I am wondering how early implantation cramps can come. I do cramp a couple weeks before AF semi regularly but I’m wondering if I may be pregnant. Have any of you experienced this?

For most women, implantation occurs 6-10 days after ovulation. Early implantation in the Fallopian tube can result in an ectopic pregnancy, which is usually accompanied by pain on one side, cramping, and spotting/bleeding. You don’t want to hope for implantation that early. If you’re worried, take a pregnancy test in 2-3 days. Could just have been ovulation pain you felt.
