Hello. I'm a current UHG employee and wondering if anyone knows the rules on returning to work after maternity leave.
Specifically if I use my STD/FMLA/Insurance and decided not to return to work.
Is there a penalty and how long do you have to return to avoid it.
Edit: I'm avoiding contacting HR because I'm not sure if it notifies my supervisor.

I'm not positive but I know form working in insurance previously, that most places have their own set rule. Most places are going to have you return to work for at least a few weeks, otherwise theres a penalty of some kind. Unfortunately, you may have to ask HR. Unless you can find it in an employee handbook..
