Help, husband driving me crazy about xbox

37 weeks pregnant and going crazy because I can't get a hold of Xbox and neither can my husband so they can help us with our dumb subscription. He needs to cancel the monthly one so he can do the yearly one so we can save $60 for the baby. So we have finally come down to asking a whole bunch of people if they might have the actual real number. All the ones we have found on the web do not work and always hang up.
