When do you call it quits? I’ve been exclusively pumping pretty much from the beginning (nursed 2-3x per day until 4 months when she started to refuse) and used to have a very good supply! I was able to freeze 1150oz until my supply dropped from 40oz/day to 30oz, and now to barely 24oz (LO is 8.5 mo now)

We still have about 750oz frozen so she would be on BM for a couple weeks still but I’m afraid I’ll be disappointed in myself for not making it to my goal of a year if I quit now. I just don’t know if it’s worth my sanity stressing about my supply anymore.

Just feeling super discouraged today because I’ve only pumped 17oz so far and have pumped 7 times 😩😩😩😩
