Do you sleep your newborn on their stomach or back?

I know they tell us back bc of SIDS, just wanna see how many ppl do the stomach. My baby sleeps longer and better on his stomach but I get nervous sleeping him like that so at night I lay him on his back. Please comment with details!!

Only time I let him sleep on his stomach is either on my chest or napping when I’m right next to him.

With my first son I always had him sleep on his back. I was too scared otherwise. This one will sleep the same way.

Haven’t had my baby yet but use to work with infants we always laid them on their backs to go to sleep but if they rolled over on their side or stomach we would just leave them
