For the last week its been off and on with the swelling. But last two days it has not gone down, low salt diet, minimal exercise. Just our bodies getting ready!

Mine have been awful too! I’ve been watching my sodium Intake and wearing compression socks when I have to be up and about

Same. Ny feet used to be a narrow size 6.5/7. Now I'm wearing my husband's shoes because my feet fit in NOTHING. My doctor did switch me to a low sodium diet, which helped a little but it's still really bad.
