I'm one of the lucky ones who pushed for an hour naturally, got an epidural, pushed for an hour with an epidural, then had an emergency c section 🙄🙄

Thought I’d do it med free again, but this labor was much more painful - opted for epidural. I was terrified but it was so much better than expected, and I could control how much/how numb I was. They turned it down so I could feel him come down and push him out.

I was completely intending on having an epidural, but from the time my water broke to getting to the hospital less than an hour later, I was already 9cm dilated 😒 too late for an epidural and I got baby out in 3 pushes, thankfully.
