Am I doing enough?
Over the last couple of weeks, I’ve reduced my calorie intake to 1,200 and doing to 3 exercise classes a week. The place I go to does many different classes but the ones I’ve been going to a lot are spin, kettlebell and LBT (legs bums tums). The weight is coming off but only like a lb a week. I desperately want to lose 4 stone and after having 2 babies (21 months and 3 months old) it feels incredibly difficult.
