Astrology birth sign - compatibility

So I don’t really follow astrology occasionally I will check my horoscope just for fun. So the other day I was looking up my and my husbands compatibility through our birth sign( or whatever that’s called)

We are both virgos and according to the website we are not compatible at all. All the stuff I read on the website was so inaccurate to us and our relationship. So just out of curiosity do a lot of people on here believe in that kind of stuff and did it seem accurate to you?
