Someone help

So 8 months ago I lost my first child at 9 weeks pregnant and we tried to conceive again , we were lucky enough to fall pregnant in early January again but that same day I started bleeding heavy and I’ve had one period since then I’m currently 5 days late for my period and I’ve taken 4 tests one on the day of my missed period, two a day ago and one this morning all negative ? I wouldn’t usually get a missed period unless I’m pregnant .. please someone help I’m really confused .
