TTC after Nuva Ring

I’ve been on the Nuva Ring for almost 10 years. I just took the last one out and we’re going to start TTC! I am taking prenatals and I’m going to try premama bc cleanse. Anyone have luck after taking their Nuva Ring out? Did it take long? Tips??? I’m hoping for it to come quick and easy! So ready.
