FOR THOSE NOT ON BIRTH CONTROL

So day of af or day before do you have some light spotting and think of the witch is here. Then next trip to toilet you say okay never mind. It’s just once. Then maybe hours later you see again whenever you use the restroom. Maybe just a little dap on paper. Is this normal for a cycle? Just wondering if anyone else has this. If so, how often? How many dpo. How many days in cycle and how are your cycles? Light? Heavy? How many days?
