Is the 2nd induction faster?

I was induced with my first and it took almost 3 days start to finish, I’m scheduled to be induced on Tuesday with my 2nd and I’m wondering if I should expect it to take as long as it did the first time. I hope it’s a faster process this time!

Your experience from your first induction (took three days from start to finish) make me so anxious scared and nervous for my (possible, unless he comes tomorrow or Monday on his own) induction on Tuesday. I don’t want to be induced but almost 5 days over due 🙃🙃🙃

My first was 13 hour second was 4.5 hours 3rd was 2.5 hour last 2 were 6 hours all induced getting induction started tomoro around 6 PM and then go back in on Tuesday they are breaking my water and starting syntocin

It really depends on the methods used. 
For both my inductions my doctor broke my water then started me on pitocin. The first time labor was 8 1/2 hours and this time is was 6 1/2 hours.

My first was induced after the start of natural labor and took 24 hours. My second took less then that, after they broke my water I had my daughter an hour and a half later. I spent most the time waiting for the epidural and labs that they had to do 3 times... 🙄 I would definitely say it could go faster.

There was only a 6 minute difference between my two induced labors
