Bleeding after ear tubes

Moms with babies who have gotten ear tubes, how much bleeding is normal afterwards? They told us it was normal to have discharge or bleeding, especially since one of her ears was infected, but does this look normal?

She was digging in her ear a little bit in the car and her ear looked like this when we got home. I’m going to call in the morning but since it’s Sunday, they’re not open. She had surgery Friday morning.
