Allergy rash??

Question

I just noticed this rash on my son's chest when I put him in his pajamas, could it be an allergic reaction? I introduced cinnamon into his diet this morning mixed in with his apples. I did notice that after breakfast his skin was red above his lip where his food mustache would have been but it was gone after a few minutes. Or maybe it's something else? Thoughts?

My daughter had something similar on her chest and back and her dr said it was eczema. We’ve been doing the aveeno baby eczema cream and it seems to go away within a few hours.

That's what our son also got after cinnamon. I assumed it was allergic reaction,  not 100% sure though
