Hi, I started minor contractions at 7 in the evening, around 10-12 min apart. then around 8 had 3 gushes of liquid (slimy not watery) rushed to the LnD. My problem is I have Vaginusmus so I could not corporate with cervix checking. So the resident said we cannot do much unless you I coporate. Got sent home was told if contractions increase to 3-5 min interval, excessive bleeding and more watery liquid come back.

Now over night I slept through 4 hours as soon as I woke up had a gush of fluid again with pink blood all over it. Having contractions that are getting painful, but not as much and are again 8-10 min apart.

So my questions are:

1. How. To overcome fear of hurt while cervix checking

2. When do I go to hospital

I am just freaked out with the thought of some hand in my vagina. And just want baby to be fine. 😭😭😭😭
