After 2 false alarms, I flat out REFUSED to go back to the hospital a 3rd time and be sent home. I very stubbornly toughed it out all day long. Contractions finally got intense enough that i was pushed to tears, 2-3 minutes apart (i live 10 minutes from the hospital) ... my husband finally took control and said “we’re going back. Now” ... got here and i was a 5!!!! Thank GOD! Been laboring all night, made a lot of progress very quickly but now I’m stalled at a 9. Water never broke, they just broke it at a 9, trying to get babies head down further. Also, Epidurals are fantastic, if you’re on the fence like i was, just do it!!!! Anyways, been here since 9:45pm last night, it’s now 9:00am. Almost there! 🤞🏻
