Yes, you can get pregnant while using a condom, and with any type of birth control there's always a chance of it happening (although unlikely). Your first time will be a little painful, just be sure to use lube and make sure that there's plenty of foreplay involved. If at any point you get uncomfortable, know that you can back out and stop.
