Am I losing this one too?

I had a really nasty miscarriage over Christmas that ended in surgery.i just found out I was having your rainbow baby a little over a week ago. At the end of the week my nightmare came true and I started bleeding. I only bled for one day but it seems like a decent mound of blood. The doctor checked me that next morning and said my cervix was closed and cervix is have to be open to be Miss Carrying. I got my blood work checked and my hormone levels are pretty low. HCg was 35 and progesterone was 50. I believe that was three weeks when that got checked. I haven’t bled since only a tiny gush of blood Saturday night that was orange. You still pregnant this weekend but this morning I woke up not feeling very pregnant. I figured if my hormone that was for dropping because I miscarried if I took another pregnancy test it would let me know. I bought two dollar store pregnancy test in the line was so faint you could barely see it. Has my worst nightmare come true? Did I lose my rainbow baby too? I’m supposed to go get my blood work checked today but I’m so scared. I don’t want to hear the bad news.
