Nervous about circumcision..

I am due in May with a little boy. I left the decision of if we should circumcise up to my husband. He wants to have our little boy circumcised, but I’m terrified! I don’t know what the process will be like or how the healing will go. I know they will teach me how to take care of it, but I’m still nervous! Any tips on how to take care of it to calm my nerves?

Update: I understand the importance of research. I have done research on the procedure and talked it over with my husband who IS circumcised and is thankful to be circumcised. That is why, once we reviewed the research, I let him make the decision. My post is not asking for opinions on the procedure or opinions on if we should have it done or not. I simply want to be prepared to take the best care possible of my son! ❤️
