Feeling down about my body
I had my little girl almost 2
Months ago, I’m looking for mainly core workouts and awesome meals! I will start by I am a major sugar feen so any ways to help wth that would be so helpful! I will admit I Hardley drink water and I know that’s part of my problem! Currently weighting at 149 and I’d like to be back down to 125! I was 182 when I went into labor! Need some serious motivation 😭
