PPD - looking for support
Anyone else struggling with PPD/anxiety? I’ve been sliding down the rabbit hole of PPD, and my significant other and I are at our throats. How do you cope? I keep trying my best to take care of my son, get up, eat, shower but all I want to do is cry and sleep.
And yes i have started seeing a counselor.
