I asking like before pregnancy! I lost my last two children at 5 mths because my cervix is weak and I keep going into labor! The second one I have a cerclage placed and I still went into early labor

It depends how many weeks you are. Before 24 weeks (confirm cut off with your OBGYN) a cerclage. If you’re further along, the options may include bed rest with preventative DVT stockings, minimal walking, daily vaginal progesterone, weekly proluton shots or hospitalisation depending on seriousness.
