Confused help !

Taken last night

According to this app my period is 26 days late. I have pcos so it’s a little hard to conceive and irregular periods but I never missed a period and haven’t gotten my period for February. I been taking tests but they all been coming out negative. Maybe this is TMI but this weekend as I was getting undressed to have sex my nipples grazed the sheets and omg I never felt something like that. I had cramps as if I was ovulating last week so I thought I was going to get my period. Plus I feel absolutely normal but last night I bought a test and i took it and it came out negative so I put it back in the box. I was going to throw it out this morning but something told me to take it back out and take a look at it and BOOM this was there! Maybe I put it back in the box to soon? Someone tell me I’m not dreaming and they’re seeing what I’m seeing!
