Labor

So I am 32 weeks and now all I can think about is how terrified I am of giving birth. I am a FTM and I don’t want an epidural I don’t do well with medications or anything like that plus I just don’t want an epidural. But I am really tired of hearing everyone around me be like you’re not in labor just get the epidural as soon as you get to the hospital. I am so scared and don’t feel like people around me are being supportive of my choice which is scaring me even more. Anyone have any advice?
