What all can 11 month old eat?

New mom here and I get scared to give my daughter just about anything we can eat I get scared she will choke on it!! What are some things a 11 month old can eat ?

Generally speaking, anything but honey.  
Look up the difference between gagging and choking.   Take a CPR class, and learn the infant heimlich maneuver.  
Cook food soft, and cut into French fry size and shape, until baby gets used to chewing.

By 11 months, your child should be more than capable of eating just about anything and everything. Our daughter has never once had pureed anything. She's been eating exactly what we eat since we began solids at 6 months. By not giving her actual solid foods, you're greatly holding her back. She's far more likely to choke or have issues with it because you're not allowing her the opportunity to learn how to chew real foods. And please take a CPR and first aid course. That really should be mandatory before you leave the hospital with your baby. This will help a lot in educating you on this sort of thing.

At 11 months I was giving my daughter everything we ate just cut up small, at least to the size of a pea. And just make sure they’re not keeping food in their cheeks so when they go to swallow it’s not some huge mass

My daughter is 11 months old and she eats basically every single thing we do she eats taquitos she eats corn dogs she chews on ribs she eats macaroni and cheese mashed potatoes corn on the cob dry cereal oatmeal cookies the list goes on and on just watch her while she's eating everything will be okay Mama

She can eat just about anything. I would stay away from honey as another person mentioned, and I would stay away from choking hazards like grapes and nuts and apples (which are things that my pediatrician stated are choking hazards). Everything else is fine.
