Opinions on maçã root supplements?

I was thinking of buying but I wanted to hear opinions and stories first

I'm in my 4th week of taking them.  Can't really say much other than it has delayed AF.  The research I've done (and it's been quite extensive) suggests taking any supplements especially Maca for at least 3 months to feel the true affects.  I've taken pregnancy tests and they've been negative which means AF is coming sometime soon but I have no PMS symptoms. I've read it helps with that.  So far I recommend them. Hope this helps.

I hear red maca is best for fertility I tried yellow and it messed up my cycle so I'm going to try the red maca root to see if it helps and black maca root for my husband
