Did I hurt the baby.....💔💔

I threw up , & was feeling very sick my friend asked me if I was pregnant & I said no . I was in super tight jeans & they were high waisted so squished my belly. the whole day today 8 hrs. also been wearing a waist trainer the past month I was wondering why my stomach hurt so bad! He ended up buying me a test & I'm PREGNANT . I haven't had my period 5 months. I didn't think anything werid because I'm irregular . For the past 4 months I been very tired , I know I'm atleast 3-4 months now that I'm looking up symptoms...... Can I have hurt the baby?? My stomach hurts very very bad I feel so fucking stupid & guilty ! Going to the doctor in 3 weeks I can't wait that long !
