Is it rape if you had sex with someone and you didn’t want it but you didn’t say no you just laid there??

Yes. Even if you just lay there, they should know something is not right.  You shouldn't have to just accept it. If you don't want it at any point in time, from beginning to end, and they still continue it is rape. You don't need to voice because if you clearly don't want it your body language will obviously show it. Never be afraid to voice your opinion.

If you didn’t consent, it’s rape. If you didn’t like it, it’s rape. If you didn’t want it, it’s rape. If you’re thinking no, it’s rape. 
Just because you don’t say no, doesn’t make it ok. They should be asking for VOCAL and body language consent.

If there was no definite “Yes” that came out of your mouth then yes, that is considered rape. Just because you didn’t say no doesn’t mean anything. consent is not the absence of no, consent is positive affirmation.

Did he force it? Pressure you? Scare you? Did you say yes to get him to stop asking? That's rape. If you just laid there and didn't verbalize, then it may not be rape.
